She will offer you either some free advice to optimize your property and its attractiveness and if the property requires a little more work, a quote will be offered.

Our service responds in real time to travellers and advises them until their reservation is settled.

Each Villa or apartment is managed by a single and dedicated contact person to facilitate exchanges and provide complete satisfaction to your travellers and preserve your serenity.

Your accommodation and household linen are cleaned by our teams of professionals.

We provide for your accommodation:

- hotel quality household linen for bedding, bathroom and kitchen

- a welcome basket including soap, shower gel and shampoo

We offer you to create and manage your ads,

to use professional photographers.

Before the arrival of the travellers, a check of your accommodation is carried out.

We make sure that everything is in order to welcome your travellers.

We provide them with a complete guide to accommodation and facilities as well as a book on the good deals in the area.

Assistance is available 7 days a week for repairs

and interventions.

Our commission amounts to 20% of your rents collected (less the distribution platform commission) and we keep the cleaning costs charged to travellers.
